All meals have a date on the bottom left hand corner of the lid.  This is the date your meal was made. The meals have a freezer life of up to 3 months and once defrosted, last up to 3 days in the fridge.

 

Even though many of my meals would be considered Gluten Friendly I cannot guarantee they are as some may be manufactured in places that contain gluten or other products. For those who are Coeliac or have any kind of allergies or gluten intolerance, Mandy would recommend that you DO NOT purchase the meals as she cannot guarantee you may not be affected. For other allergy concerns please feel free to give Mandy a call.

The meals just need a gentle re-heat in the microwave (do not cook). The meals are best taken out the night before and left in the fridge to defrost. Tip of any condensation prior to heating.

Mandy’s meals are cooked in a commercial kitchen at Brightwater Marketplace.

Every Thursday morning I post on my Meals by Mandy Facebook Page and on my Homepage here on the website to remind everyone which week is coming next & to pop your orders through that day. You can also subscribe to my mailing list to receive notifications, or give me a call.

Delivery, Orders & Payment

Not necessarily. If you are unable to be home, please leave an Esky out with ice bricks in it & Ill pop your meals in that for you. Alternatively, you can call me to arrange pick up.

I offer free delivery once a week on Tuesday mornings. If you need you need meals outside these times please call me to arrange pick up.

 A minimum order of $50 is required for free delivery. If you need to discuss this please me a call.

Orders need to be placed by Thursday at 7pm, however if you miss this deadline I can take your order by phone up until Friday at 7pm. Any orders placed (by phone only) after this time may be taken but not guaranteed to be filled depending on quantities of meals remaining. 

No contract involved. 

If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. I do cook ahead so it shouldn’t be a problem. However, if you have already paid, it could take up to 3 business days for the funds to return into your account.

Meals By Mandy accepts all major credit cards, bank deposit and cash on delivery.
